Emails sent but not being received

I am trying to send out order confirmation emails on my WooCommerce site. I used the plugin Post SMTP to test that the emails are being sent, which they are, but none of the test emails are being received, and we have received emails from customers asking for them as well. The emails were working about a month ago. How do I get the emails to work again? Thank you!
