• I have started facing the some problem since last 4 days or so. My website is on a UNIX platform. The notifications were going automatically and smoothly. Now suddenly it seems as if the App has come to a dead halt. New article notification is created automatically as before. It is showing sent mails on the App dashboard, but not a single notification is received by anyone. Even test mails sent to known users are shown as sent, but the app shows not opened, naturally because the recipient hasn’t receive with another site which is

    Hi @man0har,

    Did any of the settings change on your setup recently? Was it working in the past for all the campaigns previously published? And, if possible please check the spam score of your email content as well to see if that is the case.
    Also, please take a look at this article in case anything helps.

    Thanks for keeping a tab on my request.Gratitude. Sorry for late response. But the problem is not getting resolved. Every time a mail is sent only the first 40 odd mails get viewed by the receiver. Strangely all 40 are read without exception. And all the remaining are shown as unread. This was not so earlier. My mails are sent via WP mail and the sender is shown as @onevorld.xxx which is a professional email address purchased through godaddy. Earlier many readers used to send me a thank you note through this email. Same problem has cropped up in my other website which is not a Unix site but a wordpress managed site.

    I was very happy at the response I was getting, but suddenly it appears as if the plugin has become ineffective. Even if some of the mails are going into the spam box of a receiver. This cant be happening so uniformly.

    Should I use the temporary plugin to give you an access, so that you can examine it first hand
