    6 months ago I had an issue about a user/users not receiving MailPoet emails. You referred me to setting up DKIM for our domain, which I did.

    I received a message from one of those users, reporting that she had not received the latest newsletter. Checking in with her and looking at her statistics, she opened the two emails sent on 9/16/2020 and 11/21/2020, but has not received the last three (2/1/2021, 2/5/2021, 3/28/2021).

    What can be done to make sure all members are receiving the emails?
