emails sent as woocomerce default

hello, im using youre plugin on many sites but this time im having a problem. im doing everything the same as the other sites that works just fine but here the emails that are been sent doesnt get sent with the design im creating but as the default woocomerce mail. i would appriciete some help. thank you

I have the same problem it seems. My custom templates doesnt overwrite the standard woocommerce emails, even though they are saved and activated.
I use Godaddy as hosting and they have their own email template builder. I have changed everything from english to norwegian, but as you can see the content text is not affected. It seems like the content text is sent as woocommerce default, and the “setup” is changed. Are there any files I could delete or change?
