    Hi,

    Some of my customers/buyers not receiving the emails sent using shopmagic plugin. But they receive the woo commerce emails, for example “your order has been received” emails.
    In shopmagic, we are sending a welcome email after order processing.

    Their junk folder also checked. It is not going there too.

    Why? Can you please help?

    Hi @manjuhari

    First, sorry for any inconvenience caused. You wrote to us previously, so I assume that you followed the link which I sent to you and we can confirm that:

    1. WooCommerce notifications are successfully delivered.
    2. Send Test is working.
    3. Emails have Failed status in the Outcomes.
    4. You’ve tested your email with mail-tester and your score is 6 or higher.
    5. You’ve (temporarily) deactivated all of the SMTP plugins (if you are using any).

    That’s unusual that only some of the emails are delivered while some not.

    To troubleshoot this issue I’ll need two things from you:

    1. I’d like to check the screenshot from the Outcomes, is it possible?
    2. Check WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any errors related to ShopMagic. If you find any, copy and paste it here.

    Once again – sorry that our plugin is not working as it should be.

    I’m closing this thread as the issue wasn’t caused by ShopMagic.

    Hi, I have similar problem. Notifications are not sent.

    I set up new automatizatoin – send an email on “waiting for payment” status, there are no message in

    YES, I’m using Easy WP SMTP. It doesn’t send emails even when this plugin in set off

    Hi @mayky,

    thank you for your detailed message. If emails have failed status in the Outcomes, then you should be able to see a reason why it is happening. Go to Outcomes and check its last column which is Options, you see View logs (https://imgur.com/a/v9KAk6L).

    Click on it to see the logs and copy&paste all of it here. We should be able to identify what is causing your issue.

    I have three automations set, two after buiyng product, and one on waiting for payment (this is for test purposes).

    Two days ago it works good, I updated few plugins, but I don’t remember which one :/
