• I am getting a strange report via email regarding Post Notifications.
First I get an email saying “Newsletter has been sent successfully to 63 email(s).”
Then I get another email saying “Cron URL has been triggered successfully on 2020-01-01 22:18:13 for the mail CCRC Forum – New Post Published. And the mail has been sent to 14 recipient.”

Why is there a difference in the numbers of 63 to 14?

    Thanks

    1. First email shows that 63 emails triggered in your server and pending in the queue.
    2. Second email shows that few emails released from Q, and sent to recipient.

Go to CRON page, there you have option to set cron email count for each instance. Set to 100, so that plugin will release 100 emails from the queue and one time.

    Thanks for the prompt response.
The CRON figure was set to 75 but I have now changed it to 100 as suggested. Still not sure why only 14 sent each time though.

@bobjgarrett Please check your Sent Mail menu, delete the records if any records stuck in the queue from more then 3 days.
