• Hi there,

    Why are the abandoned cart emails sending to customers that have already checked out? They are getting incredibly annoyed and I am going to have to deactivate this plugin until this can be resolved.

    Customers are leaving the site to make payment on the Payment Gateway site but then being redirected back to the site.

    Please can you assist.

    Good Day,

    Have you had a chance to look into this from the test that you had done.

    This is still happening everyday to customers that have made a purchase.

    Please can you let me know.

    yes, we have the same problem, abandoned cart emails are automatically sent to our customers who have place order successfully, this make customer confused, they sent us email to inquiry whether they place order successfully or not. this is an annoyed problem.
