Emails sending Raw HTML

  • Hi, all the emails sent through the plugin are being displayed in RAW HTML, in the editor under settings it’s also being displayed in raw HTML. I tried disabling all plugins and activating the 2021 theme and had the same issue.

    Please advise, hank you

    We have a feature “Use HTML Template”, with this feature Outgoing notifications are styled with a built-in HTML template. If you are using an e-mail templating plugin you should deactivate this option.

    You can enable and disable it according to your need.
