Emails out aren't HTML

    Hello. I have installed the ‘Follow’ plug in and followed all instructions so the set up is complete. When posting an email it goes out to my followers but only as plain format, not HTML excerpt like I have checked in the two sections (both in ‘settings’ and ‘subscriptions’. As administrator, I seem to be the only one getting the 1 HTML excerpt format, plus the plain version. Some advice please? Thanks.

    I have excactly the same problem. I noticed that the administrators receive two mails. One in html and one in plain text. The difference between the two is the mail server used to send it.

    I worked it out. Only those subscribers who are hold WordPress accounts receive the HTML format, no matter what you tick. There seemed no way to fix this, so I deinstalled and went with another subscriber platform. It’s been great: https://www.wysija.com/
