Emails notificaitons are sent out after disabling

Hi,

I am using wpdiscuz with buddypress. When users turn off email notifications for new comments on their posts in their profile, those email notifications are still being sent out. I believe it may be caused by the plugin wpdiscuz ignoring those settings. Any solution for this?
