    Hi Patricia! Please check the username/password setup under Settings > Constant Contact. If it is correct, try resetting the password in your Constant Contact account and entering the new password under these settings. Note that you do need to enter the username/password of the primary account (the one used to setup the Constant Contact account in the first place), and not one for an additional admin.

    Hi,

    I did re-enter my login credentials as a part of my original troubleshoot.

    But, it turned out the issue was on Constant Contact’s end. They required a confirmation email from me, confirming I really wanted my address added to the list. Their authorization message was delayed.

    Problem solved.
