    We are having an issue where emails are not showing up in the log. When I try a test email, we get the error “Bad Request (invalid_grant)” and it directs us to the log – but the log appears empty.

    I hope you are doing well.

    You have to grant permission to the relevant API ( e.g:- Microsoft, Google ). This can be done from the Post SMTP page setting.

    Hello, thank you for your response.

    We have a Gmail API – the Client ID and Client Secret in the settings. Is that what you mean? This has already been set up…

    Update your website WordPress version and then Reset the post SMTP and configure it again to get more help you can watch the guide video here.

    Hello, apologies for the delay. Yes, I updated WordPress and it fixed my issue ?? I didn’t even need to reset. Sorry, I should have done this first.
