Emails not sent with Divi, though test email works

    Hello,

    I’ve set up the plugin and the SMTP details, and I receive emails using the Email Test page.
    Then, when I fill the contact form on my website (right at the bottom) I don’t receive any emails.

    Do you have an idea of how come this happen? Any help would be very appreciated!!

  • Hi @mircofragomena,

    If you were able to send a test email successfully, it sounds like your WP Mail SMTP settings are all set. Please check ‘From Emai’ in your contact form. The ‘From Email’ field in your contact form must be set to the same email address as the email used to set up the SMTP plugin.
