Emails not sending to everyone

    Emails are being sent to some address but not to others. I have it set to send emails to all administrators and authors. It seems like emails are being sent to some people from each group but not all. I have a sandbox account with the same settings and it is working there. Is there a reason this is not working on my main website?

    Hi Rebecca,

    Sorry, I have no idea. The code that sends the emails loops over every user for the roles selected in the settings.

    There is logging by default on line 375, so you should have entries in your error_log file (or whatever the name of the file that captures your webserver error logs) containing the string ‘wp_mail failed:’ and the error message.

    Do let me know what you find.
