Emails not sending to customer

I am having a problem with emails not sending to customers. I get the new order emails but not the order details that a customer would get. I have done everything in the email troubleshooting guide including adding a mail server (mailpoet), checking email notifications, changing my theme to storefront, checking email logs (they all show as sent), and disabling all plugins except woocommerce and mailpoet. I am looking for level 2 tech support here as I have tried all the guides and forums already. Thanks for any help.

To check if the emails are being generated and sent correctly, You can install WP Mail Logging plugin, and then place a test order.
Check if the emails are being generated or not, if not, something is conflicting with WooCommerce. In that case, you can refer to these guides to troubleshoot the issue:
