Emails not sending – Test email works fine

  • Hi there,
    My monthly newsletter won’t send, the test email sends fine but the auto send seems to not be working.

    The countdown in the admin area (Next send out in) counts down to the sending time specified but then it just resets to the next time the emails should be sent without sending anything.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.
