• Just thought you might like to know that I updated to the latest version the other day and the emails stopped working. It wasn’t until I changed the Region setting to USA that it started working, even though we are a company based in the UK using a Google Suite email address. Just though you’d like to know, just in case any other customers have the same issue.

    I apologize for this inconvenience. Just to confirm, you set your region in the Settings page using the select dropdown, not through the wp-config.php with constants, correct?
    What version of WordPress?
    Are you using any third-party email plugins, other than Mailgun?

    Hi. No worries at all. Yes, the region was set in the Settings page of Mailgun. WP 4.9.8 and Mailgun 1.5.13.1. No other email plugins are being used.
