Emails not sending from Ultimate WooCommerce Auction Free

    We’ve installed Ultimate WooCommerce Auction Free on our site and setup several test “auction” products. We then setup test auctions, place several bids, and end the auctions. No emails were received by bidders or winners. The only time an email was received was when we used the Buy Now button to purchase an item.

    Please help us. We’ve done all the troubleshooting we can think of. Is this a known problem?

    We’re on WordPress 6.1.1 and WooCommerce 7.3.0.

    We have checked the emails in Ultimate Auction for WooCommerce plugin with the latest WooCommerce plugin and latest WordPress. The plugin sends all auction-related?emails to the admin and bidder successfully. We have recorded a video for it. Please review it.

    1) Could you please share WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

    2) Make sure that the auction emails are enabled from the WooCommerce setting.
    Go to Admin dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> Select auction email -> Make sure that it is enabled.?Please review the below attachment.

    3)?Have you configured any email service for outgoing email on your WordPress or are you using the default hosting provider email service???It might happen that their email servers might be blocked and the only way to prevent it is to use an authentic email service (SMTP) like GMAIL to send these emails.

    4) Please install and configure the SMTP plugin on your site. Please review the below document for it.

    5)??So the WordPress site uses this to send the email and that would increase the probability of passing block checks by receiving email servers. Check this issue by configuring the SMTP plugin and let us know the result.
