    Hello Divya,

    This inconsistent behavior might be due to Sendgrid. Please check the SendGrid configurations. Or test this with another SMTP plugin.

    I noticed, one thing in this inconsistent behavior.
    When job applications submitted from Yahoo email , emails does not send.
    So is there any restriction for yahoo domain.

    Hello Divya,

    Please make sure the Sendgrid API configuration as your SMTP is connected with it.

    Also, we are not restricted to any domain from the Job Board.
