Emails not sending. Email preview throws blank screen.

    I am running 2 websites with the same exact theme and plugins (So I already checked the variables). One of them doesn’t send emails, I installed the WP Email Logging and I see that there is an error on every single one of the emails that tried to be created that says “Body Message Empty”.

    And sure enough, on the Woocommerce email settings, when I click “preview” to see the email preview there’s just a blank screen. I even downloaded an email customizer per other posts recommendations, the plugin then tells me “An error occurred trying to load this email type. Make sure this email type is enabled or please try another type.” Which just confirms why that blank preview screen is blank, there is nothing being pulled up.

    I’ve searched for an answer and I still can’t find one. Does anyone have any pointers?

    What customize plugin are you using? Did you disable that and test?

    Yep. I downloaded Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer AFTER the fact that it wasn’t working as 2 answers on similar problems were fixed by using a customizer to bypass the error. In my case, it was not successful. I have tried to test it with nothing else but Woocommerce alone and that Email preview is blank, and the email log shows the same error. Which is why I’m so confused as to why and how to fix it.

    And you haven’t added the email templates to your theme at all. Correct? Nothing like that?

    Hi @iurena,

    What @serafinnyc asked lastly is what I would check as well. See if your theme is overriding the WooCommerce email templates and you can read a bit more about that here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/#section-1
