• Hello,

We are having an issue with some automatic exports not sending correctly.
After doing some troubleshooting it appears that the emails that are not sending do not have an action set for the cron job, but the emails that are sending correctly do have an action. We performed the same steps to configure the export for all forms.

What can we do to make sure each cron job gets a successfully action?

    Thanks so much

    Hi twebteam,

Are you still having the issue with the cron jobs not having an associated action? Could I have a log into your admin to check the issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi @lcman,
I’m having the exact same problem.

I set the up the plugin correctly a few days ago to send out an email for the previous day’s form submissions once a day but the email is never created or sent. I’ve checked using the Email Log plugin to verify this. I’ve tried running the cron manually using WP Crontrol but this doesn’t trigger the email either.
It appears that the cron doesn’t have an action so are you able to tell me the function that the cron needs to run in order to work correctly? Perhaps you can send a screenshot of how it looks to you if you were to install WP Crontrol just so that I can compare?

Thanks for any help in advance.

@voltronik, I think you probably ran into this issue:

I have the plugin working locally now with that fix in place.
