• I’m using WP e-Commerce v3.8.11.1 & WP E-Commerce shop styling v1.9.2. Emails were sending fine. But after several test checkouts (using manual/test gateway) to check the look for the emails, the emails stopped sending to customer and I don’t receive the admin transaction reports either.

    Tried to clear purchase logs from database, but it still doesn’t send out. Anyone knows why??

  • OK. Cleared everything took out WPEC and did a fresh install of the plugin this morning.

    I am receiving a admin email that confirms the transaction, however the transaction results page displays:

    “Sorry your transaction was not accepted.
    Click here to go back to checkout page.”

    But in my Store Sales panel it says “Payment Accepted”

    Running WPEC 3.8.12.1

    could be the gateway that you are using.
    what is the URL that you get to (the transaction results page)

    I thought that originally but it does the same thing with the default test gateway through WPEC

    I am using the Test Gateway and the plugin as an Online Ordering system.. I have recently moved the site to a new server and when I place a test order I receive an admin email but the customer email I enter doesn’t receive any purchase notification..

    Does anyone know how I can rectify this issue?

    To add to this, I have successfully sent emails to external accounts using Check Email.

    So it appears to be an issue within the WPEC code.
