Emails not sending

    Hello,

    Abandon cart emails are not sending. Seems to work for registered users, but not working for guests. Please advise.

    Hi,

    If the abandoned cart reminder email is being sent to registered users then it should be sent to the guest user.

    I have added a product to the cart on your site as a guest user for testing purpose. And then I have entered the email address on the checkout page and leave the site. My cart should be shown on the Abandoned Orders tab. I will let you know once I will receive an abandoned cart reminder email.

    Please let me know once my abandoned cart shows the email address and name on Abandoned Order page on your site.

    Hi,

    I had mentioned in my previous post that I had abandoned a cart as a guest user on your site. And for my cart, I am able to receive abandoned cart reminder email from your website.

    Hence, abandoned cart reminder email is being sent to the guest user.

    I would like to let you know that our plugin will send abandoned cart reminder email if the cart status will be “Abandoned” on Abandoned Orders tab. If the status of the cart will be “Abandoned but new cart created after this”, the abandoned cart reminder email will not be sent for the cart.

    Let me know if you have any queries regarding our plugin.
