Emails not sending

    I love this plugin’s form, its so beautiful and JUST what I need. However, I have individual emails set for the Providers, but the appointment emails are only going to the admin email instead of the providers. I have “NO” checked to send admin emails, but i have “yes” checked to send the service providers emails. But again, its only sending to the admin email. Please advise or fix this. I REALLY love this plugin!

    Hi Bawse,

    Thank you for letting us know about this. It looks like the emails are indeed always just sending to the admin email address, regardless of if it’s for the Provider or Admin notification setting. We’ll take a look at this ASAP and release an update as soon as we’ve corrected it.

    Ok thank you. Do you know how soon this will be updated? I would hate to look for a different plugin but its the only thing stopping me from launching my site. I really need the form to be working properly!

    Hi Bawse,

    We’ve actually just released an update that corrects this email issue. The provider email now correctly sends to the address you’ve provided for the provider. Please update to the newest version of the plugin.

    Awesome! This makes me so happy! Thank you!

    If I may, small suggestions to the plugin: allow for editing the styles of the emails, and maybe the option to sync to google calendar. If this became possible, It’d be one of the best plugins available.

    Otherwise, I LOVE the set up of the form and the ease of editing styles! Great Job EtoileWebDesign !

    Thanks for the kind words and for the feature suggestions. We’ll note them down. We’re already looking at a few different things for an update in the near future. We’ll discuss these and see what’s possible.

    That is awesome! Also, can you create the option to put the time in 12Hour AM/PM format. Most clients dont know how to read Military time.
