  • I have the exact same problem.
I havenever used it before so I’m testing it.

Today I tried to send one test email to myselv (another email than the one registered as sending). This went through fine.

Then I changed something inside the email and tried to send a new email to my self and this just got stuck in the queue. I have tried to send test emails and even a test of the specific email and they all get through without any problems. It is just when I try to send to a list this fails.

I have the free version but can anybody help me ?

could it be something with my host that blocks for sending emails ?

Earlier on I started out by using an email for sending emails that didn’t excist (no-reply) but learned that there has to be an active email connected with the same name as the one you want so send your emails with.

Could it be anything else ?

I have been trying to send email all morning and they will NOT send. It is SO frustrating!

Probably your host/server email set up – try using an SMTP plugin:

I agree it’s probably your host. the help page will have info about blocked ports.

I had same problem last night. I got the message auto-cron not enabled. I ended up with two of the same email in the queue’ they are now ‘stuck.’ My host had done ‘automatic’ upgrade to my WordPress, I believe. Can I go back to earlier version? HI cathonye,

Emails usually only get stuck if the plugin could not send them for some reason. If you would like us to take a look can you email us at [email protected] to open a support ticket. Then if you like we can login and take a look at your site.

    Best,
    Josh
