Emails not sending

  • I’ve had the plugin installed on my personal blog for a while, and it’s worked flawlessly. We installed it on our church site this past week, but we realized Saturday that it wasn’t sending emails.

    When I tested it again on my personal blog, I discovered the same thing. I wonder if the latest WordPress update broke that function? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I just installed this plugin for the first time on WP 3.9.2 and am having the same problem. The bottom of the gifts_email page just shows ERROR.

    I’ve tried it on two different WP sites and having the same problem. I did get it to work consistently with one email address in the shortcode on one server – which I can’t explain and shows that it can work in certain situations.

    Any ideas? Would really like to get this survey working!

    I am having to same problem too. The plugin install was simple and people are taking the survey, but the emails are not coming to me or the individuals who take the test. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
