Emails not sending

  • Hello!
    We’ve had great success sending emails with mail poet for the last 18 months until the Gmail change.

    We’ve gone through the process to create a custom email tied to our domain, added this email to all sending fields, added CNAME & TXT files to our domain records, verified our sending domain – however all of our emails are getting stuck in the ‘sending’ panel and we can’t work out why. They just continue to hang there.

    Would appreciate some help fixing this up!

    In fact – checking our system status we can see that these just aren’t sending – the run starts, but never completes. This is also after a plugin upgrade – we have 30+ successful email to the end of 2023. It is only just in the last month we ar experiencing difficulties.
