Emails not sending

I recently had a sudden spike in users on my website and it had crashed our servers, since then we had upgrade the seervers which brought continued operation of our system since October 31st but the automatical emails of customers stopped. Is their a limit to how much users the plugin can manage to export automatically daily? I have the premium by the way
