    Hi,

    I have purchased this plugin but the emails have stopped working. I have been trying to send a manual e-voucher via admin area and going to ‘Add Gift Voucher Order’ and entering the details there. This makes the order and voucher code all correctly, marking it as paid but it doesn’t send any emails to recipient or the buyer.
    Please help as I don’t want to have to buy another plugin and waste the money spent on this one!

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please confirm if you are receiving mails in spam? sometimes it happens like you have not set the domain associated email address from plugin settings then it will consider as spam.

    I can confirm they are not going into Spam – we are using our domain email address.

    Hi @kellyedmunds

    Sorry if you are trying from Admin then you will not receive the emails. Currently only order place from admin, but you can download the PDF from Order listing and send it directly.

    We will surely include this ‘direct mail’ feature in our next update.
