I tried using basic HTML, and markdown languages to style this.

Nothing is working. Links to screenshots of the email output, and where the settings are in Divi:

  • Hi @increaseweb604,

I hope this message finds you well.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are facing. The Post SMTP plugin routes the email from your website to your respective mail server. Now, whether the email is coming in HTML format or text format depends on how you have set the ‘Content-Type’ in the header of your email. It seems like your content type is set to ‘text’ rather than ‘html’ that’s why you are facing this issue.

If the issue persists please provide the transcript of the email. You will find it in the Email Log of Post SMTP.

    Thanks and regards,
    Support Team – WPExperts??
