Emails Not Received When Sent on Mobile

Hello,

I operate a client’s website and they are inquiring about mobile submissions through this plugin. They are not receiving any submission emails from mobile phones when viewing the full website. We have tried switching the email addresses and checked the spam folders–nothing. When a form is submitted on the computer, it works fine. All plugins are up-to-date. Any suggestions? Thanks!
