Emails not posting

When I run the script manually the plugin is trying to process 13 emails even though there is only 1 in the inbox. Originally the plugin stopped posting and I deleted many emails in the inbox as they were old and no longer applicable. The one email that seems to be causing the issue had several .bmp files attached and even though it has been deleted the manual process says there are 13 emails and the only one that has any data in the log file the manual process creates is the email that had the .bmp files attached.
