Emails not generating after upload for non-admin users

Really strange, I just checked in my test environment and it works fine. Have you checked the Spam?

Just one remark, though I do not know it is matters. The double quote symbol in the above shortcode you sent me, (”), is not the normal one (“). I do not know if it is causing any strangle behaviour. Can you check?

Its not sending to my Spam. Again, the issue is only limited to a guest uploading a file. If I or another Admin user is logged in, it will email with the attached file. I didn’t see a setting under the plugin to limit it to only Admin or Guest users so I’m not sure what the issue would be. As for the (“) symbol, it appears to be correct on my end. Let me know if there is anything else I can try to address this issue.

are you sure that guests can upload files successfully?

Yes – the files show up in the file browser. But for some reason it won’t generate the email with the attached file.
