When I preview or preview invoice on the backend via WooCommerce, the new design is there. But when I fill out forms and sign up for event by using my email, I don’t get the new design? Just a generic WC form.

    Thanks so much!

  • Hey,
This plugin edits WooCommerce emails. It won’t edit or effect emails sent by other plugins. Your events seem to be running from a different plugin which would send emails outside of woocommerce.

Does that make sense? And is that form from another plugin?

Yeah it does, but I deleted my very out of date plugin (WP Pretty emails)
Is there a way to see what is overriding Your plug in? I went through and there isn’t anything that I can see that would be causing this?

I appreciate your quick response Ben!

    Hey,
It doesn’t sound like anything if overriding this plugin… I afraid I must not be communicating clearly.

This plugin will not edit an email sent from an events plugin. This plugin will only design and edit woocommerce specific emails.

This plugin would never design an email for an event plugin or any other form plugin. So it would be correct that a normal email is sent because this plugin doesn’t edit those emails.

For example, I’m looking at the code for the form on the page you sent and it seems to be built through the give plugin. This email plugin will not edit Give plugin emails. If you want to edit the look of a give plugin email you would need to use a different plugin.

    Does that help?

Ahhh, I get it! I occasionally use GIVE when the teacher wants to use donations, which is the link I sent. I used regular WC payment fee and it worked!

Thanks so much Ben, that saved me hours of frustration which I probably would have figured this out at some point.

    Happy Xmas to you!
