Emails not being sent when someone fills the form out

The form is not sending any emails since the most recent update. It is logging them in Flamingo and says the email has been sent successfully (so no error message), but the email never arrives.
The address it sends from is approved and in the address book and I even doublechecked spam/junk regardless– still nothing.
