Emails Not Being Sent To My Email

Hey, I purchased your Subscribe Forms and created a nice looking form on my home page here (https://mauricekenny.com/ ).

The issue is that when myself or someone else inputs a email and then clicks send it does not work. Right now I have it set up to send email, but when I click send nothing ever gets sent to my email.

As a note I spoke with wordpress support and they said they could not resolve this issue on there side.

Could you help to fix this issue?
