    Hi,

I created a couple forms for this client I have and I sat the entries to be directed for 2 specific emails from employees of the company and a couple of days ago we had a potential client calling us telling he sent us an email many weeks ago that we never got. It’s the second time with have this type of complaints, so I did a test and no entries came for our emails.

Is there something I can do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @franciscodmaia,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

It looks like you have the correct email notification set up and the issueis likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server in some email addresses.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure an SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps ??

    Hi Jade!

Thank you so much for the explanation! I actually read a lot about it and found that solution as well, just didn’t have time to configure all of it yet.

    Thank you so much.
