Emails not being sent properly

I really like this plugin and it works well, but I have a problem that I can;t quite resolve; Not all activity in a Group Activity page is being sent to all members using the GES email handler. If member A Replies to a Comment in an Activity Stream, then Member A receives his own Email notification in the GES format, which is distinguished by having reference to the Email Settings at the bottom of the message – “Your email setting for this group is: All Email”. However, the other member(s) of the Group (i.e. Member B) doesn’t get the GES email. Instead Member B just gets a BP notification email – “Member A replied to one of your comments:”. The problem is that the link in the “Go to the discussion to reply or catch up on the conversation.” of the non-GES email, is not correct. The “Go-to-discussion” link sends Member B to Member A’s Personal Activity page as opposed to the Group Activity page. I would of course like Member B to have the same GES email as Member A (infact Member A doesn’t really need a notification email as he knows he’s just added written the Reply!). I’ve tried all sorts of configuration changes, but can’t affect the problem. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you in advance.
