    Hi There,

    I’m having a problem with my autoresponder emails not being sent.

    The sign-up emails go out fine – as does the welcome email I have configured as day “0” which is sent as soon as the user completes the double opt-in.

    However the emails which I have scheduled to follow-up from day “1” using the new cron feature are shown as being generated in the BFT raw log but are now being recieved by subscribers.

    Can you help?

    The raw email log should also show you the status. If it’s “OK” you have to contact your hosting support. The plugin has no control over the emails after forwarding them to your mail server.
