Emails Not Being Sent – Form Not Working

Hello,

Thank you for this great plugin! I use it on all my sites.

However I just installed a new one and the form isn’t sending the data/emails. When you click “Submit” the form tells you your email has been sent and redirects to the front page, but no data/email comes through to the designated email address. I’ve tried 3 different email addresses in the “Email Settings” via the back end and checked their spam folders but there’s nothing there.
