Emails not being sent

  • I have this plugin installed on a multisite install, and my users are reporting that it works and sends email notifications on some sites, but not with others. I did notice on one site, where it isn’t working, the theme is a Genesis child theme and I don’t see the checkbox to subscribe for email notifications. Is that a requirement?

    Yes, the problem there is most probably the theme. If the plugin is working on some sites of a multisite but not others then your email setup is most probably fine.

    And, of course, users won’t be able to subscribe if no checkbox is present prompting them to ??

    Check with the theme developer…

    I was asked to switch to CRON notifications. I set everything up and now when I try and send a notification the emails are queued but never sent. I do get a notice that they were sent, but they remain in queue and none of my subscribers receive them. This has been going on for 3 months.
    Help
