• Hello,

    i am supporting a client with a bit outdated WordPress and WP-ecommerce, but the problem i have maybe doesn’t have to do with this.

    The emails that suppose to be sent to admin and customer after the purchase has been made are not being sent for some reason.

    Do you have any idea what could be the cause?

  • What’s the gateway? There’s a lot of gateways out there that still do things the “old” way and don’t use the new purchase log functions; in which case the emails don’t get sent.

    I assume you mean payment gateway.

    We are using:
    – PayPal Express Checkout 2.0
    – PayPal Pro 2.0
