    Hello, buddies!

So here are 2 simple issues.

    1) I have 2 emails registered in the list, and there is also my girlfriend.

For some reason, none of us received my campaign… it’s not even in the spam tab.

So I believe that there are countless of other people (I would say 200) that are not receiving it.

This list has been imported from an old plugin, and there were 200 people that weren’t request to confirm their emails (not sure if I and my gf were included).

    2) I would like to know if there is a way to eliminate people that:

    a) are not receiving my emails.
    b) are not opening my emails.

    THANK YOU!

Bonus question: in my old plugin, we had features like {name} and so on…

Is there also a similar feature in MailChimp?

    Hello,

Please note that we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are a different company that develops the plugin “MailChimp for WordPress”. Our plugin does not manage email campaigns. So I would suggest contacting support of MailChimp.com to get further assistance.

    I understand, sir Harish!

It’s just that I’m a free user, so they do not support me ??

    Sorry about that!

If the contacts ARE on the list in your MailChimp.com account after signing up trough one of our forms I advice to contact MailChimp for support.

Please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are a different company “ibericode” that develops plugins such as “MailChimp for WordPress”. You would need to contact MailChimp.com as they would be the best people to answer any query related to your MailChimp.com account.

I hope that helps. If you have any queries specific to our plugin please feel free to let us know.
