Emails not being received

The address is https://s870750007.websitehome.co.uk/ and the date of the last mail was 28th August.

I have since found out that one person received an email, but neither of my addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) did.

I checked our logs and I don’t see any bounces.

I also see a successfully sent newsletter to your @gmail.com address and Email Stats notifications sent to the second one.

Can you please check if they were received?

Gmail can out such emails in the Promotions tab: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/220-gmail-promotions-tab

Thanks for your reply. I have since found that at least a couple of the subscribers did receive the email. However I didn’t receive it to either my Gmail or non Gmail address. I don’t use the promotions tab on Gmail and the messages were not in my spam folder.

I have resent and responded to the confirmation email for those two addresses and will see if the email comes through next time there are new posts.
