Emails Not Being Received

  • I have set up the smtp through my Hostgator account and get success when I do the test however, I’m still not getting the email. I upgraded my PHP to a higher amount. The test I’m trying to send to is hotmail. Hostgator already checked everything on their end and it all came out fine. HELP ??
