Emails not being received

Hello,
This plugin looks exactly how I had hoped. However, when I went to test it out, I don’t seem to be getting the success message. I do see where it is collecting the emails on the dashboard end, however. Should I expect to get a message to my email inbox if I subscribed?
Also, can this integrate with Constant Contact?
