• I’ve been over this multiple times through email previously with the support team here but it’s still not working.

    Basically…

When a user books an appointment through the plugin, the notification email goes directly to them from: [email protected] and it works correctly.

The admin email is never delivered. It comes trough as an undeliverable email to [email protected] from [email protected], even though [email protected] is not an admin.

Basically, how do I set the proper admin notification email address to ensure these are being delivered?

And I have 3 admins on my site..nobody else is getting the notifications either.

  • Hi soulslayer,

    Its really strange.

I’d double-check that the admin email is correct at yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

Then, make sure that the emails aren’t being zapped by your SPAM filter.

Is your email hosted on the same server as your site? You might try switching the admin email to gmail or whatever to see if the emails go to that other account. Because if your email account is the same as your website domain but you host your email elsewhere (ex. Rackspace, Google Apps), your server might be trying to send the message locally.

    Thanks
    A
