Emails no longer being received by Business

Hi
A few weeks ago, business received irate customer, for not replying to a product inquiry.
I then discovered that the email was not being received by website owner only me (I produced the website and are also admin)
This seemed to happen after an update and then next update I thought was fixed.
I do have in the email section website owners email – but email is coming from me – my email being [email protected] – screenshot attached
