Emails linked to subjects

Hello,

I would like to have an email linked with a subject, can i do that with this plugin ?
For example, if the chosen subject is “car”, i want to send the email to “[email protected]” and if the chosen subject is “truck”, i want to send the email to “[email protected]”.
