emails have stopped sending

Hi, the last successfully received email from the form is the 28/1/21. Now it’s 2/2/21 and emails aren’t being delivered. It might have auto-updated in this time span but I hadn’t altered the form/settings etc…
You get the feedback box that it’s been sent on the website, but nothing appears.
One thing I’m noticing is the “email settings” button always had a little red dot on it?
Since I’ve found it’s not working I’ve tried a few things:
Setting up a Sendgrid API etc.. but that just causes the form on the website to ‘spin’ but never show the feedback box.
I’ve tried a second email address to send to, but it doesn’t appear there (I’ve also checked spam etc..)
Ticked the Save preview. I can see the last email but it only shows me the bottom half of the form details in the preview?
Ticked the mailer debug but can’t see where I then view the logging?Before I delve any deeper has anything happened over that time span that might have effected all this?
